Seance Tea Party is one of the cutest, most wholesome little books I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. This is a story about a little girl who feels like all her friends are growing up, getting cool and leaving her behind while she would prefer to stay little, play and have fun in her own little world. She then discovers a little ghost girl living in her house and they become best friends... but what will happen when she grows up and the ghost girl stays little forever?

I loved this book, it had me feeling all kinds of emotions. I have to admit, I wasn't ready. I guess I didn't think a graphic novel could evoke such emotion out of me however, I was very, very wrong in that assumption. The illustrations were also just top tier, next level, beautiful, whimsical and sweet. I loved this book; I loved it so much I got both of my sons and my best friend's daughter to read it too and we all came to the same conclusion...

5 stars across the board!
